e-mail newsletter (content) intended for use in the publication of
Business Reviews and Product Reviews (content) and Event Reviews (content).
From time to time ncreview.org may offer editorial opinion
(content), publication of interviews (content) with individuals
related to the Business Reviews and Product Reviews and Event Reviews and publication of reviews of media (content) directly related to
Business Reviews and Product Reviews and Event Reviews. ncreview.org also intends by its
actions to provide, in addition to aforementioned content, some
humorous and satirical written expressions.

2a. ncreview.org is not responsible for damages to product sales
volumes or individual reputations. ncreview will not recognize
damages claimed by an individual or company due to any individual or
company belief that such alleged damages may result from the
substance of any published article.
2b. At all times, ncreview.org attempts to demonstrate genuine adherence to and interest in the practical performance of reviewed products and the demonstrably effective inherent value of reviewed products.
2c. ncreview.org, perceptually affiliated companies, contributing writers, commentators and editors does not intend by any action of publication to deride or otherwise negatively affect the efficacy or reputation of any product which is reviewed.
2d. ncreview.org claims its rights of publication under the freedoms provided by the governing statutes of Canada, the United States of America, the United Kingdom and Great Britain, France, Germany, Japan, India and all other countries which provide the protections inherent in the recognized tenet known as freedom of the press.
2e. ncreview.org recognizes it obligation to publish accurate information within and beyond the contexts set forth in "DESCRIPTION 1a" and "CONDUCT AND RIGHTS 2d" above.

editors will at all times preserve the right to express factual and
rational opinion about Business Reviews and Product Reviews and Event Reviews in order to continue publication of reviews and opinions of
perceptual value.

4a. All published articles including product reviews, interview,
opinions, editorials and general text used to describe and navigate
ncreview.org is the sole property of ncreview.org and contributing
writers and editors.
4b. Use in whole or in part, in any form or format and in any medium and by any method, of articles including product reviews, interview, opinions, editorials and general text used to describe and navigate ncreview.org, is strictly prohibited. Permission for use can only be obtained by securing bona fide written permission from ncreview.org or the writer. Requesting permission does not automatically grant permission.
4c. All graphics, images, sample files of all types and formats, photos, logos and logotypes used on the ncreview.org web site, with the exception of product trademarks, logos and logotypes not owned by ncreview.org, are the sole property of ncreview.org and cannot be used without first obtaining bona fide written permission from ncreview.org. ncreview.org.

Trade names and trademarks used by various manufacturers and publishers whose products are reviewed by ncreview.org belong to their respective owners. ncreview.org does not represent such trade names and trademarks and cannot legally represent respective products or manufacturers or publishers and furthermore cannot provide advice or support for such items.
5c. From time to time ncreview.org may be contacted by readers who have questions regarding the source, availability, cost, use and performance of specific products. ncreview.org may at it sole discretion offer factual information in response to such inquiries but will also refer such inquiries to a bona fide support person or contact at the company which directly represents the item if such a person or contact is obviously available.

TERMS OF USE
6a. ncreview.org is to be used only by means of an online or offline
Internet browser software program designed primarily for use through
a legal Internet connection via any legal and conventional means
including electronic telephone modem, cable modem, dsl modem, adsl
modem or corporate Internet connection.
6b. ncreview.org expects that its web pages and sites will be used for the purposes of reading reviews and informational articles, purchasing products online, requesting and receiving technical help and participation in an online community.
6c. ncreview.org exercises normal security precautions to prevent incursions such as hacking, denial of service attacks, distributed denial of service attacks, trojan viruses, malicious viruses, backdoors and other illegal means of entry to the servers which host the web site.
6d. Violators of ncreview.org's security measures and that of its hosting service will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in the jurisdiction which comprises the origin location of the incursion.
6e. No part of the source code used for the creation of ncreview.org pages and sites may be copied or altered or otherwise corrupted for any reason or purpose.
